Items in Stock and Items built to order:All
items listed on the web store are available to order. To find out which actuators we have in stock, click the inventory tab to the left and then the specific product listing. In
stock items ship within 1-2 days. Items not in stock can still be
ordered, but will be built to order, so they can take 2-3 weeks to ship from
the order date. If for some reason there will be a longer delay we will contact you by email. Please keep this in mind when you choose an express
ship out via UPS at approximately 1PM PST Monday - Friday. Our online store will calculate the shipping charges
via UPS to your address. Once you enter a complete shipping address,
the store will calculate all the shipping options for your order.
Please choose one.
We do offer shipping by Canada Post "Small
Packet Air" for orders of 2 or less actuators only. This service has no
tracking and no insurance, hence why we cannot ship more than 2
actuators by this method. It is also our slowest shipping service and can take 2-4 weeks to reach it's destination.
If you choose "On your Shipping
Account" you MUST
provide in the appropriate box a valid shipping account number from UPS,
FedEx, or DHL. If you don't your order will be delayed until we get your
shipping account number. Please remember to include the service you
wish from your shipping company in the comments box. Note: we don't ship FedEx Ground as they will charge us for scheduling a pickup at this end.
Canadian Orders:All Canadian orders are charged HST. Our registration number is HST#856547146RT0001. We do not
use Canada Post for Canadian Orders as the UPS Standard to
Canada service is usually cheaper, much quicker and includes tracking.
Valid UPS services for Canada are: UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide
Expedited, and UPS Express Saver.
USA Orders:All orders shipped to the USA that use UPS prepaid shipping have all
duty and brokerage charges included in the shipping cost. Valid UPS
services to the USA are: UPS Ground, UPS Expedited and UPS Express. UPS gives us a significant discount on the Express service and sometimes it will be cheaper than Expedited and Saver. Please note: UPS Ground cannot be used for orders over $200 in value because of the added brokerage fee, which again makes it more expensive than Express. Express is faster than Expedited.
The duty imposed by the US Government on Linear Actuators is 2.4%, plus there are brokerage and other
bond fees imposed by the broker. These are all included if you choose UPS. If you choose Mail or Ship on
Your Account, you will be responsible for these fees when you receive
the order. The exception is orders under $200 are usually admitted duty
free to the USA.
International Orders: (Outside Canada and the USA)Shipping charges for all International Orders do not include the duty
that is imposed by your country on import. The UPS prepaid shipping
charges do include brokerage by UPS, but not any other fees that they
may assess depending on the requirements of your country.
Valid UPS services for International Orders are: UPS Worldwide Expedited
and UPS Express Saver. Please note that UPS excludes some countries
from its Expedited Service. If you have a VAT # please include it in the comments section and in the TaxID field of your customer registration.
NOTE: We will not modify nor falsify any amounts for Customs Documentation, so please DO NOT ASK!
Payments: ALL PRICES AND PAYMENTS ARE IN USD.
Credit Cards:We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express via our secure credit
card service provider Moneris (Authorize.net). Please note that the Moneris Online CC
processor is more secure than giving us the number over the phone.
PayPal:You can also pay with your PayPal account. Choose PayPal and follow the instructions during checkout. Our PayPal account is email@example.com.
Purchase order:For orders over $200 we offer Net30 terms for qualified companies who wish to place regular orders.
Please contact us to determine the credit information required
to set up a Net30 account. Payments should be made by cheque in USD.
To purchase by PO, please use our online ordering system to pick your
products, enter address details, and choose shipping options. Then for
'Purchase Order'. Enter your PO number in the Comments box. Complete
the order and note the Order #. You will immediately get an order confirmation email with the details that you can create your PO from. Submit your
PO by email or Fax, and reference the Order # you received. NOTE: If using a PO, your
order will only be shipped if you have an existing account with us, otherwise payment is required before we ship.
Wire Transfer, TT, Proforma Payments:For entities requiring a ProForma Invoice or Quotes, like schools or international companies, please proceed using our
online ordering system to pick your products, enter address details, and
choose shipping options. Then for payment, please select 'ProForma Invoice / Quote'. Complete the order and
note the Order #. Your will immediately get an order confirmation email which includes a copy of your order. This is your ProForma Invoice or Quote. The order will be held until payment is made by TT,
Cheque or Paypal.
We are not responsible for fees charged at either end for wire transfers. Please note, that all TT wire payments require a service fee of $15 USD.
This fee is charged by our bank. Please include this fee
when making the wire payment. It will not show on your invoice and if not paid your order will not be shipped.
Returns:Unused items can be returned within 30 days for credit subject to a 25% restocking fee.
They must be shipped prepaid to the above address with all duty and
brokerage charges paid by sender. Please contact us before returning
items and we can provide a shipping label.
